PurCel sells and distributes medical, laboratory, personal protective equipment, filtration, safety, and related products. Some products may be manufactured for PurCel by third-party manufacturers and sold under PurCel branding. PurCel also distributes products manufactured and branded by third parties.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, and pricing are accurate. Manufacturers may modify packaging, labeling, specifications, or product appearance without notice.
PurCel may correct typographical, pricing, technical, or other errors and may cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are final once submitted and cannot ordinarily be canceled or modified.
PurCel reserves the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If PurCel cancels a paid order, PurCel will refund the applicable amount.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges may be added to the order. Payment may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider.
All sales are final. PurCel does not accept returns or exchanges.
Because PurCel sells medical, PPE, laboratory, hygiene, filtration, safety, and related products, products that have left our control may be unsuitable for resale, including for reasons such as:
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, quantities, specifications, and compatibility before submitting an order. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Our all-sales-final policy does not mean that PurCel will leave a customer with an order that arrived damaged, materially defective, incorrect, missing, or incomplete.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly. Claims involving shipping damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise, or defects must be reported to PurCel within five (5) business days after delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law, at info@purcellabs.com.
PurCel may require photographs of the affected product, product packaging, shipping carton, shipping label, and visible damage. Please retain the merchandise and packaging until PurCel has completed its investigation.
After reviewing a valid claim, PurCel may, at its discretion and as appropriate under the circumstances, replace the affected product; reship the product or missing quantity; issue a credit; or issue a refund. Nothing in this section limits remedies required by applicable law.
If a carrier reports an order as delivered but the customer reports that it was not received, PurCel will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. PurCel may request additional information and may initiate an investigation with the applicable carrier.
PurCel primarily ships using UPS and may use other carriers when appropriate. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless PurCel expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
PurCel is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor interruptions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond PurCel's control, subject to applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order cannot be shipped within the period represented to the customer, PurCel will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, including providing required notices, refund opportunities, or other remedies where applicable.
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended use and for reviewing and following applicable manufacturer instructions, labeling, warnings, expiration information, and safety requirements.

Warranty and product-defect claims are handled by PurCel on a case-by-case basis. Certain products may be covered by warranties offered by their respective manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
Except for warranties expressly provided by PurCel in writing and warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed, PurCel does not independently extend manufacturer warranties.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts. Please notify PurCel promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
PurCel Labs may send SMS messages containing one-time passcodes (OTPs) to customers who initiate account registration, login, or account verification.
These messages are sent only when requested by the customer and are used to verify the customer's identity and securely access or create an account.
Message frequency varies depending on the customer's account activity and verification requests. Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer's mobile carrier and service plan.
Customers should not share their OTPs with anyone. PurCel Labs will not ask customers to disclose their verification codes through unsolicited messages.

PurCel's original website content, branding, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PurCel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the PurCel website and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
PurCel disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This section does not exclude or limit rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurCel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the website or products purchased through it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurCel's aggregate liability arising from a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to PurCel for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions with PurCel shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or rights that cannot legally be waived.
PurCel may update these Terms periodically. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless otherwise required by law. The Terms applicable to a particular order will generally be the version in effect when that order was submitted.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
